[HUMAN DESIGN] I have been exploring Human Design and for me, it’s all defined in this quote ✨ it’s all about letting your soul glow, coming back to your truth & honouring your energetic blueprint to live your most aligned and authentic life. I recently had a reading with the incredible @iambrittanyeastman which allowed me to deep dive into the nuances of my energy type and last night, we were lucky enough to have my girl @chrissyroil do a Human Design training for us in the @gratitudegang_ (Chrissy actually studied HD through Britt, so all the universal synchronicities) ✨ I love learning, growing and expanding my knowledge and skills, not only to challenge myself but to continue to bring a fresh perspective and new modalities to my coaching practice. INTENTION - how do I want to feel this week? 3. FOCUS - what is the focus? 4. GOALS - 1-3 goals or top priorities 5. HABITS - what daily habits are going to help me achieve this intention, focus & goals? 6. TO-DO LIST - sync with my calendar and prioritise core business activities plus health & wellbeing.
